Job Summary
Set up and maintain the retail thrift shop, including gathering donations, pricing items, and managing daily sales and receipts. Transport clients to work sites, special events, and program locations per schedule. Assess and provide services to meet client needs through behavior management, hygiene support, and special activities while maintaining accountability for all consumers. Perform comprehensive documentation, including daily logs, activity schedules, progress notes, inventory counts, and body check sheets. Assist the manager in store operations and supervise unit cleanliness, cooking, and laundry. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and attend required in-service training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention)
- Subject to annual TB test
- Valid Driver's license from state of residence
- Ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
- Ability to climb

- Ability to stand

- Ability to wear protective clothing to prevent exposure to infection
