Job Summary
Direct Support Professional in a residential program for adults 22+ with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines (hygiene, meals, dressing, medication), creating a structured environment that promotes communication, socialization, and skill-building, using behavior support strategies to regulate emotions and reduce challenging behavior, coordinating with clinical, familial, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans, and providing transportation and community integration for outings and transitions. Requires High School Diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience. Compensation: $20/hour ($21/hour with MAP certification); multiple benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 403B with employer match, and training/certification opportunities. Required Qualifications
