Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medication and monitor vital signs under nurse supervision while implementing individualized care plans and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Ensure resident rights are respected, engage individuals in recreational activities, and offer companionship. This role requires a valid US driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience in senior care, patient care, or assisted living. Required Qualifications
