Job Summary
Provide support and care for individuals with physical, medical, behavioral, and cognitive needs at Skill Creations, Inc. facilities. Assist with personal care, medication administration, and independent living skills. Transport and accompany individuals to community activities and appointments. Complete required course work for CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management. Maintain records via basic computer skills and electronic training modules. Full-time and part-time shifts available including rotating days, nights, and weekends. Full-time employees (30+ hours/week) receive health, dental, life insurance, holiday pay, PTO, and 401K. Back-up and PRN positions available at $17.00/hour. High school diploma, valid driver's license, and criminal record check required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited school
- Criminal Record Check
- Prompt and regular attendance for assigned work schedule
- Working during inclement weather and some holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to balance
- Ability to bend
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to be on feet most of the time
- Course work for CPR/First Aid
