Job Summary
Direct Support Professional for residential group homes (Manchester, CT). Part-time role with Saturday and Sunday 2 PM–10 PM shifts. Responsibilities include providing staff and natural supports, assisting individuals served with daily activities including home, finances, nutrition, and medical needs; helping individuals achieve personal growth and goals; ensuring residential settings meet standards; transporting individuals as needed; and supporting rights and confidentiality. Training required within six months (CPR, First Aid, PMT, Medication Certification); valid CT driver's license and vehicle with CT registration and insurance required. Minimum qualification: High School Diploma. Work location is in-person at MARC, Inc. in Manchester, CT. Equal Opportunity Employer.
