Job Summary
Direct Support Professional for a residential group-home setting in Manchester, CT. Part-time evenings/weekends (Sat 2 PM–8 PM; Sun 2 PM–10 PM) providing staff and natural supports to individuals served, assisting with daily activities including home management, finances, nutrition, and medical needs, and supporting personal growth goals. Responsibilities include helping residents stay engaged in the community, ensuring rights and confidentiality, maintaining safe residential environments, and completing trainings (CPR, First Aid, PMT, Medication Certification) within six months of hire. Must have a valid CT driver’s license and access to a vehicle; ability to drive for transports; ability to lift up to 30 lbs. High school diploma required.
