Job Summary
Provide direct support and care for individuals with physical, medical, behavioral, and cognitive needs at Skill Creations, Inc. facilities. Assist with personal care, medication administration, and independent living skills while transporting residents to community activities and appointments. Complete required coursework for CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management, maintain accurate data recording via basic computer skills, and pass a criminal record check. Possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving, ability to lift 50 pounds, and reliable attendance including inclement weather and holidays. Full-time roles (30+ hours/week) offer health, dental, life insurance, holiday pay, PTO, and 401K; hourly pay starts at $17.60. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited school
- Criminal Record Check
- Prompt and regular attendance for assigned work schedule
- Working during inclement weather and some holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving
- Course work for CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management
- Basic computer skills for e-mail, electronic training modules and recording data
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to balance, bend, stoop and kneeling
- Ability to be on feet most of the time
