DSP - Per Diem

Conduct daily supervision and safety checks for individuals with developmental disabilities while implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills including hygiene and meal preparation, and transport individuals to medical appointments and recreational activities. Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards, document progress notes, and facilitate fire safety training. Provide spiritual and ethical support, observe unusual behaviors, and complete required certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP. Remain on shift until relief arrives. Valid driver's license with 6 points or less required.
