Supervise individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight and ensuring health and safety. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills including hygiene and meal preparation, and transport individuals to medical appointments and recreational activities. Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards through cleaning, while documenting progress in daily logs and facilitating skill training in areas like fire safety. Observe and report unusual behaviors to clinical staff, and complete required certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP. Remain on shift until relief arrives and attend relevant workshops and meetings.
