DSP - Per Diem - Brooklyn Cluster #14 (Greene Ave, Chester St., Albany Ave, Bristol St.) )

Supervise and support individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring safety, health, and implementation of their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills including hygiene, food preparation, and shopping, and facilitate skill training in areas like fire safety and social skills. Advocate for individuals by transporting them to medical appointments, recreational activities, and home visits while maintaining facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and documentation of goals; prepare balanced meals and maintain residential units. Remain on shift until relief arrives and cooperate with clinical staff to observe and report behavioral changes. Maintain current certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP.
