DSP - Per Diem - Brooklyn Cluster #13 (Hegeman Ave, Riverdale Ave, Johnson Ave)

Supervise individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight, administering prescribed medication, and ensuring health and safety. Advocate for clients in the community for medical appointments, recreation, and spiritual development while transporting them to activities. Assist with daily living skills including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household maintenance, maintaining facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards. Document progress through daily logs, observe unusual behaviors, and complete required certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP. Remain on shift until relief arrives and attend necessary workshops and meetings.
