Supervise individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight and ensuring health and safety. Administer medications as prescribed, assist with daily living skills including hygiene, food preparation, and shopping, and facilitate skill training in areas like fire safety and social skills. Advocate for individuals by transporting them to medical appointments, recreational activities, and church, while maintaining facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and documentation of goals, and prepare balanced meals. Maintain CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP certifications, observe unusual behaviors, and remain on shift until relief arrives.
