Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene care, transportation, and companionship. Provide supervision to ensure safety and well-being while acting as a positive role model and advocate. Maintain confidentiality and work independently with good judgment. Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and pass a background check. No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Must have clean criminal background
- Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to type on a computer keyboard
