Job Summary
Provide ongoing support to people during overnight and morning hours, assisting with self-care routines, health, safety, and household chores. Follow treatment plans and administer medication according to AMAP policy. Prepare meals by teaching diet adherence and cooking skills. Report and document any events affecting health, safety, or well-being. Accompany individuals to day programs or job locations using safe driving practices where qualified. Practice the agency's mission in every interaction. Work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion and maintenance of AMAP (Approved Medication Administration Personnel) status
- The ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
