Job Summary
Conduct overnight awake BCCS CRP support, ensuring a safe and clean home through household chore assistance and meal preparation with diet adherence training. Administer medications per AMAP policy, document sleep checks, and maintain accurate medical records and treatment plans alongside residential nurses. Provide transportation for emergencies, participate in evacuation procedures, and mentor new staff by reviewing training manuals. Adhere to overtime policies and attend progress meetings to discuss goal achievement. Requires a qualified NYS driver's license, AMAP training, and completion of a fingerprint/criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified NYS drivers' license required and maintained throughout employment
- AMAP Training is required and must be completed within six (6) months of hire
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- First Aid/CPR/SCIP-R Training is preferred
- Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information
