DSP - North Shore

Direct Support Professional (DSP) in an adult residential program, serving adults 22+ with Autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines (hygiene, meals, dressing, medication), creating a structured environment to promote communication, socialization, and skill-building, applying behavior support strategies to regulate emotions and reduce challenging behavior, coordinating with clinical, familial, and healthcare teams on individualized treatment plans, and providing transportation and community integration for outings, appointments, and program transitions.
