DSP - Macon Street

Ensure appropriate supervision, health, and safety of individuals while implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight. Advocate for individuals in the community for medical appointments, recreation, and activities. Administer prescribed medication and assist with daily living skills including hygiene, food preparation, and shopping. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and documentation of goals while maintaining facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards. Plan balanced meals, maintain the residential unit, and transport individuals for home visits and social skill development. Observe and report unusual behavior, attend required workshops, and remain on shift until relief arrives.
