DSP

Provide person-centered care and support to residents in a residential group home (up to 4 people). Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, household support, and transportation. Promote community involvement, social connections, and independent living skills; advocate for residents’ rights, needs, and preferences. Monitor health and well-being, document care, and participate in training and team meetings. No prior experience or formal education required—we’ll provide the training. Strong communication in English and a valid driver’s license are needed to help residents stay active and engaged in the community. A DHS background check is required.
