Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) in a residential group home setting (up to 4 residents) providing guidance, encouragement, and support with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meals, transportation, and household tasks). Foster community involvement, support independent living skills, advocate for rights and preferences, monitor health, complete required documentation, and participate in training and team meetings. Strong communication in English, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a DHS background check, and a genuine passion for helping others in person-centered care.
