DSP

Provide person-centered care in a residential group home setting supporting up to 4 individuals with identified needs. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, household tasks, and transportation. Facilitate community involvement, social connections, and independent living skills. Advocate for the rights, needs, and preferences of individuals served. Monitor health and well-being, report changes to the team, and complete required documentation. Participate in training and team meetings. No formal education required; training provided. Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record, ability to read/write in English, pass a DHS background check, and be able to contribute to a collaborative, supportive team in a mission-driven environment. This role is on-site in Adams, MN, US within a residential setting and is well-suited for those seeking an entry-level caregiving career in social services.
