DSP - Lenox Road

Conduct daily supervision, health, and safety oversight for individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills including hygiene, food preparation, and shopping, and facilitate skill training in areas like fire safety and social skills. Advocate for individuals in the community for medical appointments, recreation, and spiritual development while maintaining facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and balanced meal planning, and transport individuals to activities and home visits. Remain on shift until relief arrives, observe unusual behaviors, and maintain updated CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP certifications.
