Supervise individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight and ensuring health and safety. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills, and prepare balanced meals while maintaining facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards. Advocate for individuals in the community by transporting them to medical appointments, recreation activities, and home visits. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and documentation of goals; observe and report unusual behaviors to clinical staff. Maintain updated certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP. Remain on shift until relief arrives and complete job-related tasks as needed.
