Job Summary
Provide companionship, care, and support to an individual with developmental disabilities in a home setting. Assist with daily living tasks, medication dispensing, and monitoring dosages. Facilitate community integration by transporting the individual to day programs, work sites, and community activities. Help identify valued social roles and develop healthy social habits. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle personal needs and pets. Schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 2pm, with flexible Thursday and Friday hours. Pay is $22.27/hr as an independent contractor. Successful completion of a drug screen and background check is mandatory. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population is preferred.
Required Qualifications
