Job Summary
Lead PNMP Coordinator for HHSC SSLC in El Paso; oversees and mentors direct care staff in PNMP services, monitors PNMP program implementation, trains staff, and coordinates meetings and documentation related to physical and nutritional management, oral/enteral feeding, positioning, mobility, and communication; ensures equipment functionality, maintains client records, data entry, and PNMP-related documentation; participates in PNMP team activities and serves as an interface between staff and Habilitation Therapists; requires flexible hours incl. evenings and weekends, with opportunities for training and career development.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or 6 months of work experience is required.
- One (1) year of experience in working with people who have mental health/intellectual developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Experience implementing meal plans or overseeing meals for persons with intellectual developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Experience writing reports is preferred.
- Valid Texas driver’s license or ability to obtain it no later than 90 days after hire date, is preferred.
