Job Summary
Provide comprehensive daily care for clients, including bathing, hygiene assistance, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation to medical appointments. Manage household duties such as cleaning bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms while maintaining accurate record-keeping and documentation of all activities. Support client development by implementing health needs outlined in Individual Service Plans, fostering natural support networks, and encouraging community engagement. Monitor health-related needs per doctor's orders and report any concerns to the house manager or office manager immediately. Maintain professional demeanor regarding confidential information and adhere to strict communication protocols with families.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass all required background checks, BCI, FBI, Abuser Registry, Nurse Registry and Other background checks required under DODD rule and regulations
- Have a high school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer a valid driver's license
