Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a minimum six-month commitment required. No prior experience is necessary, though taking the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Education or special education
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Behavior Technician, ABA, Registered Behavior Technician
