Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices and foster a positive learning environment while connecting with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience in education or special education
- Experience in teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
- Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
