Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building plans and recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a minimum six-month commitment. No prior experience is required, though candidates should possess patience, compassion, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience in Education or special education
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
