Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building plans and fostering a positive learning environment. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Deliver care in clients' homes or community-based locations, requiring a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and patience for challenging situations. This part-time role offers same-day pay, flexibility for college students, and a minimum six-month commitment, serving as an entry point into the psychology field for those passionate about making a difference.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience in Education or special education
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
