Job Summary
In this Full-time Direct Support Professional Floater role, you will provide in-home support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. Responsibilities include completing medication records and daily notes, supporting client goals and meaningful community participation, assisting with daily living activities (personal care, household chores, shopping, and social/recreational activities), and providing companionship. Must have 1+ year of FT experience with I/DD, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration certifications. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, with 36 hours guaranteed; benefits include PTO, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, retirement match, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ Years Full Time experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Background checks and required trainings
- Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs
