Ensure appropriate supervision, health, and safety of individuals by implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight and medication administration. Advocate for individuals in the community for medical appointments, recreation, and activities while assisting with daily living skills like hygiene, food preparation, and shopping. Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards through cleaning, meal planning, and fire safety training. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and documentation of goals while observing and reporting unusual behaviors to clinical staff. Transport individuals for home visits and recreational activities, providing social skills development and spiritual support. Remain on shift until relief arrives and attend required workshops and trainings.
