Supervise individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight and ensuring health and safety. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills like hygiene and meal preparation, and facilitate skill training in areas such as fire safety and social skills. Advocate for individuals by transporting them to medical appointments, recreational activities, and home visits while maintaining facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and documentation of goals while observing and reporting any unusual behavior. Maintain updated certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP, and remain on shift until relief arrives.
