Ensure appropriate supervision, health, and safety of individuals while implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight. Advocate for residents in the community for medical appointments, recreation, and activities, and transport them as needed. Administer medication as prescribed and assist with daily living skills including hygiene, food preparation, and shopping. Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards through cleaning, meal preparation, and fire safety training. Document progress in daily logs, observe unusual behaviors, and collaborate with clinical staff. Maintain updated certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP. Remain on shift until relief arrives. Valid driver's license with 6 points or less required.
