Job Summary
DSP Driver Helper responsible for assisting step van delivery drivers in delivering packages to customers. Location: West Chicago, IL. On-the-job training, opportunities for advancement to full driver, and benefits including PTO and healthcare for full-time employees. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.; valid ID or US passport required. Benefits include potential tuition reimbursement/401k via DSPs and incentive programs; advancement opportunities available quickly with good performance and attendance.
