Job Summary
Direct Support Professional Driver in a part-time group home setting, provides transportation and daily living assistance to individuals with disabilities, including mobility support, hygiene, meal prep, and behavioral supports; adheres to RISE policies, completes driver safety training, maintains documentation, and responds to emergencies per protocol.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over twenty-one (21) years to drive a RISE vehicle and meet other requirements as specified by the RISE Insurance Agency
- Must have a current and clear Arizona State Driver’s license
- Supply RISE with a current motor vehicle record for the past three years from the AZ Motor Vehicle Division or from Navajo Nation Driving Record if employed within Navajo Nation
- Satisfactory background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Card clearance
