Job Summary
Supervise member productivity and ensure the quality and delivery of work product while actively assisting members in recreation, leisure activities, and community inclusion. Provide support with activities of daily living, personal care, and meal preparation, and participate in planning individual behavior support plans. Maintain program areas, supplies, and equipment ensuring all are safe, clean, and replenished. Communicate professionally with members, families, and cross-functional teams, and intervene in crisis situations as needed. This dual-role opportunity includes driving duties for shuttle services, requiring a valid license and safe driving record. Daily pay is available for eligible positions.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (if will be driving)
- At least 18 years of age unless also driving which requires at least 21 years of age
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Strong communication and engaging interpersonal skills
- Able to teach and mentor others
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer and lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for an extended period while providing physical assistance to members
- Able to navigate technology and to enter data/documentation
- Passion to serve others in the community
- Safe driving record
