DSP: Direct Support Professional

Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety, so no experience is required. Responsibilities include supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of daily life; completing household tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment; and providing personal care assistance.
