Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support in home and community settings, assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with personal care, errands, meals, hobbies, and community integration. Part-time roles with flexible morning/afternoon/weekend shifts across multiple PA locations (Norristown, Ambler, Schwenksville, Royersford, King of Prussia, Blue Bell). Requires 1+ year experience with ID/DD and a high school diploma or equivalent; compensation starts at $18/hour with mileage reimbursement, benefits (health, PTO, 401(k)), and on-the-job training. Travel within local communities and supportive team environment emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (autism, down syndrome)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Ability to transport clients to community outings
