Job Summary
Direct Care & Support in a residential setting: provide daily care and companionship aligned with individual Support Plans, assist with activities of daily living, personal care, meals per diet plans, administer medications under nurse supervision, accompany individuals to medical appointments, and support activities that enhance quality of life. Maintain GER/record keeping in line with medical orders, state compliance, and internal procedures; participate in program support tasks including updating ISP, purchasing supplies, maintaining a safe environment, attending staff meetings, and continuing education. Core skills include excellent teamwork and communication, passion for mission, willingness to learn, and alignment with our values of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience: 0 Years
- Lic or Cert Program specific based on state requirements: may or may not need a Driver's License with no negative Motor Vehicle Record findings
