DSP / Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, accompany residents on errands, attend community events, and help residents work toward personal goals. The role requires being at least 18, having a valid driver's license with good driving history, passing a background check, willingness to complete CPR/First Aid if not already certified, and the ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
