Ensure appropriate supervision, health, and safety of individuals while implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills including hygiene, food preparation, and housekeeping, and facilitate learning in fire safety and social skills. Advocate for individuals regarding medical appointments, church, and recreation activities, and transport them to home visits or other outings. Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards, prepare balanced meals, clean residential units, and assist with purchasing groceries and supplies. Complete daily progress notes, logs, and individual goal documentation, observe unusual behaviors, and report findings to clinical staff. Remain on shift until relief arrives, attend required workshops and trainings, and maintain CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP certifications.
