Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence while ensuring health and safety needs are met. Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily life activities. Transport clients between homes and the Day Program using a company passenger van. Offer personal care assistance and participate in community outings through transportation and support. This full-time, first-shift role includes paid training in CPR and First Aid.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteri
- Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Can climb, balance, kneel and crouch

- High school diploma or GED
