Job Summary
Manage inbound candidate applications from Indeed and other platforms by reviewing resumes, validating qualifications, and conducting initial screening calls. Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams, maintain accurate candidate records in spreadsheets and ATS systems, and provide regular recruitment reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring clear communication of job expectations and policies before advancing candidates to interviews. Identify workflow gaps and recommend solutions to improve candidate processing efficiency. Work independently within a 40-hour EST schedule, supporting high-volume hiring operations for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR support, candidate coordination, or administrative support
- Strong ability to screen candidates and evaluate qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating with applicants professionally
- Ability to follow specific hiring requirements and screening criteria
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using online recruitment platforms and scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- English
- Level A–B (Native or Near-Native English Proficiency)

- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment or hiring processes
- Experience working with Indeed or similar job platforms
- Experience in staffing, logistics, transportation, or operations recruitment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Previous experience supporting remote teams
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP operations
- Experience creating recruitment reports and process documentation
