Job Summary
Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration while preparing meals and performing light housekeeping. Facilitate community-based activities, support skill development, and provide transportation to approved destinations. Implement Individualized Service Plans and maintain accurate documentation of progress and safety records. Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
- Mandt Training certification
- DDA Training
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, patient, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact
