Job Summary
DSP/Caregiver role providing hands-on direct support to individuals with IDD, assisting with daily living activities, community participation, and behavioral support. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, assisting with ADLs, supporting employment and social activities, using adaptive tools for learning and communication, monitoring health and safety, documenting and coordinating with team and case managers, and completing ongoing training. Flexible schedules available (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, signing bonus, paid onboarding and training, advancement opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Requires 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and willingness to address personal care needs. No prior disability-care experience required; paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
- Lifting may be required, depending on client needs
