Job Summary
Direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings, including ADLs, behavioral support and mentorship, medication administration, and transportation to community activities. Positions available are full-time or part-time in New Jersey; requires CPR & First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and DDD clearances; benefits include health insurance options, paid time off, and provided training (College of Direct Support online DDD courses).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- At Least 18 Years of Age
- CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)
- Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances
- Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred
