DSP - Bristol Street

Ensure appropriate supervision, health, and safety of individuals while implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight. Advocate for individuals in the community for medical appointments, church, and recreational activities, and assist with daily living skills including hygiene, food preparation, and housekeeping. Administer medication as prescribed, facilitate fire safety training, and transport individuals to appointments and home visits. Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards, prepare balanced meals, and complete daily progress notes and logs. Observe and report unusual behaviors, remain on shift until relief arrives, and maintain updated certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP.
