DSP - Albany Avenue

Supervise individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their Individual Plan of Protective Oversight and ensuring health and safety. Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living skills like hygiene and meal preparation, and transport individuals to medical appointments, church, and recreational activities. Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards through cleaning, laundry, and grocery assistance while documenting progress in daily logs. Observe and report unusual behaviors, facilitate fire safety training, and provide spiritual and social skill development. Maintain current certifications in CPR, first aid, SCIP, and AMAP. Remain on shift until relief arrives and attend required workshops.
