Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and guidance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, focusing on daily living tasks like moving, dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of those you serve while performing housekeeping and laundry duties. Document care plans and collaborate with internal and external team members using computer skills. Work the 2nd shift with a starting wage of $15.75/hr, eligible for medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- A valid drivers license, car, and car insurance
- A successful background clearance
