Job Summary
Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance and support for individuals with identified needs in residential group home settings. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, household support, and transportation. Advocate for residents' rights, monitor their health and well-being, and facilitate community involvement and independent living skills. Complete required documentation and participate in team meetings. This role requires a valid driver's license, English proficiency, and the ability to pass background checks. You will work days, afternoons, or weekends shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English
- A valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
- 40% FTE or greater
- Remain up to date on all trainings
- Maintain employment in good standing
- Work all scheduled shifts
